Dana is considered -- by some -- to be one of the most haunted places in Nebraska. Many of the school's buildings are purported to house the ghosts of football players, musicians and employees. The most famous ghost haunts Elk Horn Hall, the oldest residence hall on campus. Students and employees have experienced strange lights, cold drafts from nowhere and odd noises while inside the building.
