What Makes Our School Unique

The John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University prepares students to assume increasingly responsible positions and leadership roles in today’s complex and diverse business environment. Our students are ready to meet future business challenges with the innovation and global focus representative of legendary GE Chief, Jack Welch. An emphasis is stressed on theoretical knowledge reinforced with practical application in four areas: international business, technological innovations, communication skills and ethical decision making.

Accredited by AACSB International, the Welch College has an innovative faculty which excels in teaching and engages in intellectual contribution, emphasizing pedagogical development and applied research.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to prepare individuals for successful careers in the ever-changing and complex world of business- one that is increasingly global and in need of socially responsible and ethical decision-makers and leaders.

Sacred Heart University also offers an opportunity to learn about diverse cultures and backgrounds first-hand by working closely with other students outside the US by studying at our Luxembourg campus. Students have the option of enrolling in a two week course, a six week session, a trimester or completion of your MBA abroad.
