What Makes Our School Unique

The MBA Program is known for its ability to prepare students for leadership careers in the global business world.  It was the first MBA program in the Washington, DC area to be accredited by the AACSB-International Association for Management Education.

Our students participate in local and regional graduate career fairs, one of which is hosted by the MBA Program itself.  This allows our students to interact with corporate representatives, build inter-university networks and make contacts across many firms, in order to form the most educated employment decisions.

The curriculum is supplemented by a leadership development series program sponsored by Citigroup featuring experts addressing issues such as Corporate Ethics and Social Responsibility; Decision Making Under Pressure; and Presentation Skills.

In addition to this, our program has received the following accolades in the past year:
-Ranked #1 for Greatest Opportunities for Minority Students- 2006 Princeton Review
-Ranked #2 for Top Schools for Recruiting Minorities – 2005 Wall Street Journal/Harris Interactive Survey
-Ranked #5 for Most Competitive Students – 2006 Princeton Review
