During exit interviews that are conducted at the conclusion of each semester, students comment on the fact that faculty are always available and they appreciate that faculty are willing to work with them outside of the classroom. Our students also appreciate the diverse culture of our program, including international students, and a mix of people of all ages with varying lengths of work experience. More than half of our student enrollment consists of part-time students and working professionals who are looking for career advancement and professional development. Of the full-time students who are looking for employment upon graduation, 90% have secured positions in their chosen fields within three months after graduation or been accepted into advanced study programs at other universities. Our class sizes are small, averaging 22 per class. This small size allows our program to focus on case teaching and other interactive and experiential learning activities. Our program integrates team work, research, writing, and student presentations into the curriculum. Our capstone course includes an on-line simulation that requires students to make real business decisions for their companies to remain competitive in a simulated business environment.
